Briefly
Bree Warren has been Morgan Rowlands' friend for the past 11 years. Morgan describes her as model perfect. Bree is tall in height with shoulder-length minky hair; she has dark eyes and a figure to die for. Bree is rich; her father works as a successful lawyer in New York City. Her clothes are top of the line and her hair is styled just right, courtesy of some fancy Manhattan-based salon. She's beautiful and knows she's beautiful. But Morgan describes her friend as not conceited but accepting. To Bree, her being beautiful is a fact of life.
When it comes to relationships, Bree fails miserably. She admits to Morgan that she can't commit well and finds it best to not open her heart to anyone. According to Bree, it makes one vulnerable for heartache.
Bree's philosophy on relations probably roots back to her mother. When Bree was only twelve and her brother, Ty, was only eighteen, her mother took off with a younger man to Europe.
It doesn't help that Bree can do basically anything she wants. She has no curfew, little supervision, and no rules shackling her down like most normal teenagers.
Present Time
Bree is pretty much a secondary but important character within the series. In Book of Shadows she falls for Cal Blaire and desperately wants him to be hers. She ends her three month relationship with Chris Holly and goes to great lengths to make Cal her boyfriend and lover. She does get him into bed, but it is Morgan whom Cal chooses to be his girlfriend, not Bree. At this point, Morgan doesn't really care for Bree anymore; Bree chose Cal over their friendship, after all.
Through The Coven, Blood Witch, and Dark Magick, Morgan and Bree are enemies. Bree joins another coven, Circle Kithic, and becomes friends with an aspiring gothic chick named Raven Meltzer. In Dark Magick, at the end, Morgan desperately calls Bree to help save her. Bree gets the message, and she, along with Robbie Gurevitch, Sky Eventide, and Hunter Niall, go and rescue Morgan. In Awakening, Bree and Morgan slowly become friends again. Bree continues on with Wiccan and eventually finds a calling for tarot cards.
By Spellbound there is a budding relationship between Bree and Robbie. While Morgan battles dark magick, Bree is trying make her relationship with Robbie work. Robbie has loved her for years and wants Bree to be his, but Bree is very hesitant. In The Calling Bree hints to Morgan that is scared of a long term relationship. In Strife Robbie and Bree break up. Angry, Bree has a small fling with Matt Alder, only to realize her mistake afterwards. With the help of Morgan, Bree and Robbie reconcile.
Future Time
There is little mention of Bree in Night's Child. Morgan reveals that Bree and Robbie broke up in college, and Bree is presently living in New York with her three daughters. Robbie, Morgan, and Bree are still good friends.
According to Cate Tiernan herself, Bree is not into Wicca anymore, like most of circle Kithic that weren't blood witches.
